Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?
We process the personal data required to carry out contractual or pre-contractual measures. This is essentially your contact data, such as postal address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and other master data that are required to process contractual measures and also work results that arise during the provision of services.

On what legal basis is this based?
The legal basis for the processing of contractual and pre-contractual data is primarily Section 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Thereafter, the processing of the data is permitted if this is necessary to carry out contractual or pre-contractual measures.

Irrespective of this, in the case of interested parties and customer data, data processing also takes place on the basis of a so-called balancing of interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The interest is the implementation of advertising measures of our company.

How long is the data stored?
The personal data of customers, suppliers and service providers are stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond the contractual relationship. All data related to business transactions will be kept for 10 years. Due to our interest in advertising, contact data will be kept longer until the customer restricts the use of the data for advertising purposes and makes use of his rights as a data subject.

The personal data of interested parties (potential customers) are also kept for ten years.

Due to our interest in advertising, contact details of potential customers can be kept longer until the person concerned restricts the use of the data for advertising purposes and makes use of their rights as a data subject.

To which recipients will the data be passed on?
For customers, suppliers and subcontractors, the recipients of personal data (here: contact data) can be passed on to subcontractors, suppliers or customers insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the transport contract.

In connection with our advertising interest, contact data may be passed on to service providers with whom we work together on advertising measures. This is processing on behalf of which a corresponding contract has been concluded.

Where is the data processed?
The data is stored in our ERP system and on our file and mail servers. No data will be transmitted to third countries.

Your rights as a “data subject” You have the right to information about your personal data processed by us. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then ask for evidence that you are the person you claim to be.

Furthermore, you have the right to correction or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are legally entitled to this.

Furthermore, you have a right to object to the processing within the framework of the legal requirements. The same applies to a right to data portability.
