Our sustainable commitment
In a globalised world, we take our responsibility for people, the climate and the environment seriously. In line with the “Sustainable Development Goals” of the United Nations, we have therefore defined actual guidelines and measures for sustainable corporate action on an economic, social and ecological level. By doing so, we want to make an active contribution to the observance of human rights, fair working conditions, high safety standards and resource-saving operating processes.

Human Rights
For us, human rights are a central component of entrepreneurial trade. We are aware of our social responsibility and also demand this responsibility from our suppliers. In this way, we ensure that human rights are taken into account along the entire value chain without exception.
In our Code of Conduct for Suppliers, we substantiate our commitment to human rights. We require our contractual partners to exclude forced labour, prohibit child labour and provide fair wage and working time models. In addition, at our site in Hungary, we actively support families who give orphans a new home through the SOLVARO Foundation.
Working conditions
As a responsible employer, we know: Sustainable business success is only possible in a harmonious working environment with satisfied employees. Our measures to improve working conditions therefore go far beyond the legal requirements. Since 2018, we have been continuously awarded the DUIHK’s “Reliable Employer” rating.
We offer flexible working hours and individual working time models to take into account the individual life situation of each person. In addition to an attractive basic salary and holiday pay, we give our workforce a share in the company’s success through earnings-related bonuses. Company pension schemes, insurance benefits and attractive development prospects round off our benefits.
Occupational health and safety
The physical integrity of our employees is a top priority at Solvaro. We therefore implement high occupational health and safety standards in our company with extensive preventive measures. Safety officers ensure that the applicable safety guidelines are observed in all areas of the company. We sensitise our staff to the topic of occupational health and safety with obligatory safety training courses. And of course we always provide all employees with modern and fresh protective clothing.
Environment and corporate ethics
As a manufacturing company, we are aware of our special ecological responsibility. We therefore take into account the effects on people, the climate and the environment in all our operational processes. Every little measure counts for us: From waste separation in the office area to an efficient heating system with heat recovery, from an electric forklift truck to sustainable resource management with recyclable packaging materials.
