Privacy Policy

General
Solvaro GmbH attaches the utmost importance to the protection of your privacy as user. This applies in particular to the processing of personal data. To use our website, you do not have to disclose any personal data. However, in certain cases we require your name and your address as well as other details to be able to process your order. Where this is necessary, we will inform you accordingly. In addition we only store and process data provided voluntarily or automatically by you.

Data collection and processing
Every access to our website and the retrieval of data, provided on our website, is recorded. This includes: retrieved file names, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. The storage serves internal statistical purposes. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded. Additional personal data is only collected, if this information is provided voluntarily, for example within the scope of an inquiry, a purchase order or registration.

Use and disclosure
All personal data obtained from you is treated confidentially by us and is only disclosed to third parties, if this is necessary for the order processing, such as the disclosure of purchase order data to suppliers. Under no circumstances will we lease or sell your personal data or data relating to your person to any third party for their use. Personal data is only used for the processing of your orders, for answering your questions and for internal creation of anonymous statistics. Exceptions only exist in case of services requested by you, which include a consent for the use of further data from you and for disclosure of your data to governmental institutions and authorities by law. We will share the data, which we have collected and stored with your consent, within the scope of contractual agreements, with business partners in so far as this is necessary in your interest. Obviously, our business partners are requested and obliged to adhere to the legal data protection regulations.

In so far as we advertise for other companies on our website, we mark these advertisements. With the judgment of 12th May, 1998 “liability for links” (312 O 85/98) the regional court of Hamburg clearly decided that providing a link to another site may lead to a co-responsibility for the contents of the linked site, which means that one can be held liable for it; this can only be averted by expressly dissociating oneself from those contents, which Solvaro GmbH hereby explicitly does. Solvaro GmbH will not disclose any data to non-EU countries without your consent, unless it is necessary for the business transaction and explicitly permitted by BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act).

Right of information and access and right to object

If a consent for the use of your personal data was required, you can withdraw this consent at any time by mail to Solvaro GmbH, Turmstr.3, 73230 Kirchheim unter Teck or by email to info@solvaro.com.
