Deep drawing tools are cost-intensive custom-made products which we manufacture in elaborate development work for your individual requirements. Once the deep drawing tool is ready, it must be used efficiently in series production with the shortest possible set-up times. Storage also plays a key role here, because due to the high weight, the availability of the tools at the press represents a logistical challenge.
Thanks to a state-of-the-art, sophisticated deep drawing tool storage system, at Solvaro you benefit from low set-up times for the deep drawing presses and optimised utilisation. Our special forklift truck from Combilift, which was purchased especially for deep drawing tools, lifts the heavy tools with its impressive lifting power of up to 8 tonnes and a height of up to 5.6 metres out of the rack with ease and moves them directly to the deep drawing press. At the same time, your deep-drawing tool is protected from damage at all times thanks to the customised shelf construction.
Safe storage thanks to special shelving system
Anyone who invests a six-figure sum in a single deep drawing tool has an understandable interest in professional and careful storage. For this very purpose, we at Solvaro have set up a state-of-the-art warehouse in which we store almost 100 large deep drawing tools for our customers. The new special rack was designed by OHRA Regalanlagen in such a way that the slots in the rack can be individually designed for the tool size. At the same time, the ingenious design meets all the requirements and has a load-bearing capacity of up to 580 tonnes.
Holistically positioned
A holistic logistics concept not only includes storage, packaging and shipping of the end products, but starts much earlier: Highly efficient storage concepts and a modern special forklift enable us to provide our customers with quick access to the tools and thus achieve short set-up times. By the way: There is still enough space in our new special rack for your next deep-drawing tool!
