Solvaro relies on the innovative TruLaser Cell laser cutting system from Trumpf for finishing your perforated 3D components
For the 3D finishing of complex, deep drawn metal components, Solvaro uses high-precision laser technology to precisely map the contours of the 3D model. In addition to precision, it is important in this work step to maximise productivity through high cutting speed and optimised cycle times.
In order to meet customer requirements for precision, delivery reliability and dependability in every respect, Solvaro has strengthened its technology with the new TruLaser Cell 7040 laser cutting system from Trumpf. The state-of-the-art 5-axis machine is based on the latest laser technology and achieves even greater precision in the finishing of deep drawn 3D components.
5-AXIS LASER WITH IMPROVED SPEED
The 5-axis laser is the heart of the new Trumpf TruLaser Cell 7040 cutting system: Thanks to flying piercing, dynamic cutting optics and the highest machine dynamics, it processes 3D components faster than ever before. When processing larger quantities, the two-station operation enables parallel loading and unloading, which further increases productivity.
At the same time, the flexible machine ensures robust processes when cutting complex geometries and thus increases process reliability. The Trumpf laser cutting system is suitable for various materials from stainless steel to aluminium alloy and can also process large and flat components without any problems thanks to the generous space available. Access to the Trumpf standard programs also facilitates programming of the laser cutting system from 3D models.
