Project & Quality Management
OUR FOCUS IS ON FINDING SOLUTIONS
SOLVARO STANDS FOR TRUST
One of our maxims in quality management is: ‘Everyone can offer a degree of quality. We can offer absolute reliability.’
Clever project management and creative quality management play a key role in helping us to achieve this goal. The potential for quality assurance issues is very high in the production of metal parts and perforated metal parts. That is why we always base our standards on the most demanding guidelines. For example, we follow the very strict approaches of the automotive sector, e.g. a range of VDA standards (German Association of the Automotive Industry).
For you, this means a consistent quality framework from the start of a project, as well as lean processes and project work that can be easily adapted to suit your processes.
Making sure that good becomes even better is an integral part of our corporate culture. Starting during the development phase of our components, we use a range of VDA quality tools and undertake tasks for you as part of PPAP, PPF or other processes. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. All the parts we produce comply with DIN 24041 as a minimum.

TRANSPARENCY IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT
LOOK OVER OUR SHOULDER
Transparency is essential for establishing trust. That is why audits of our suppliers are just as important for us as our invitation to you to carry out audits here at our premises. That way, you can see the quality of our work at any time for yourself. In addition to audits, we also offer other ways of providing maximum transparency. For example, a supplier self-assessment that you can arrange quite easily via your contact partner.
