The All-Rounder in residential and commercial buildings.

Power distribution, wiring and ceiling assemblies, switch ranges, building control systems or safety engineering in residential and commercial buildings: the Hager Group is a major player in all of these areas. Thanks to their ease of installation and convenient operation, the company’s solutions are particularly popular with the electrical trade. And SOLVARO has just added the ultimate in ease of installation.

Four eyes are better than two!

Hager energy distribution and meter cabinets are equipped with different mounting plates for connecting devices. Depending on the cabinet equipment, they have different formats and perforation directions. Together with our customers, the SOLVARO team took a closer look and determined that the widths of mounting plates often deviate – by as little as 1 mm. The result is a range of dimensions that costs a lot to produce.

The SOLVARO solution:

Lower production costs with even more efficiency! SOLVARO has developed an all-purpose solution for a variety of perforated mounting plates. We have also created a uniform perforation direction and, in doing so, eliminated some of the almost identical mounting plates. In addition, SOLVARO mechanically degreases these parts before delivering them. The metal device holders are simply inserted into the perforated sheet and the devices are placed in the holder. Thanks to the collaboration between SOLVARO and Hager, multimedia component integration is quicker and easier than ever. Time-consuming bolting is now a thing of the past!

SOLVARO SERVICES AT A GLANCE

  • Product optimisation in close collaboration with the customer
  • All-purpose solutions for almost identical mounting plates
  • Technical degreasing – dust- and scratch-free
