We asked Ms. Renard what customers think of SOLVARO, why they contact us and how SOLVARO employees can support our customers. The conversation sheds some light on a few interesting points. See for yourself:

Ms. Renard, what are the customers who contact you every day looking for?
Our daily conversations all prove one point: ultimately, our customers want to find trust.

And does SOLVARO give customers trust?
Of course, trust has to be won. You can only say that customers trust a company if the overall mixture is the right one.

In your opinion, what is the difference between SOLVARO and other companies?
The first reaction to a customer is the key factor. Customers want to be taken seriously and feel like the company understands them and they are in good hands – immediately. But SOLVARO exceeds these basic expectations by far.

We’ll return to that point later. Would you care to tell us how your customers show their trust?
The greatest proof of their trust is surely the fact that customers recommend SOLVARO to others very often. We also receive e-mails with a closing sentence like this one: “It’s a great pleasure to be working with you.” This clearly shows that customers feel they can rely on us.

Yes, absolutely. You said that SOLVARO goes far above and beyond the “normal” basis for trust. What exactly do you mean?
It’s very simple. With competent advice and exemplary reliability, we achieve stable customer loyalty with regard to our company. For example, SOLVARO key account managers regularly pay personal visits to their customers and get involved with their projects and issues on location. And SOLVARO application engineers often consult with customers directly on location. But our customers are always able to reach all of the employees at our company, which means they have a fixed contact point at all times. 

And this is how SOLVARO achieves reliability?
Yes, that’s right. This guarantees permanent reliability and our customers can also expect to receive high quality at the same time.

However, SOLVARO not only reacts when things have to be accomplished quickly, but also when long-term problems have to be handled?
Of course! SOLVARO not only solves current problems, but goes beyond them to find solutions for the long term as well. And thanks to our quality management structure, we are always able to react immediately if a customer is having problems. SOLVARO can solve problems immediately and work on a long-term solution at the same time.
