Visual Quality Control (VQC).Optical measurement of complex printed circuit boards to provide the highest level of quality assurance. Fast measurement with high measuring accuracy. More reliability in initial, intermediate and final checks.

Trust is good, but control is better.

Our measurement technology quickly and reliably identifies discrepancies between component and CAD drawing. Ideal for printed circuit boards where the smallest tolerances are demanded. Visual Quality Control (VQC) ensures the highest precision at SOLVARO. And for printed circuit boards that meet the highest demands with an accuracy of ± 0.05 mm for workpieces weighing up to 200 kg.Ambitious engineering and project management plus the most modern production engineering are the basis for SOL VARO solutions made of metal. An important component of our quality assurance is the VQC measurement method used to measure PCBs. Its task has been clearly defined: To provide our customers with maximum quality.

More random samples – more reliability

Items that used to be measured by hand with the vernier micrometer are now scanned in the VQC measuring machine. This saves time that is used by SOLVARO’s quality controllers to examine numerous random samples of workpieces during the intermediate check. And this leads in turn to a clear advantage in quality reliability for our customers.

Top rate precision

Reliability requires the highest precision. Dimensional deviations are identified, acknowledged, displayed and logged at SOLVARO using the optical measurement method with an accuracy of
± 0.05 mm. To ensure that printed circuit boards have exactly the right perforation for the automotive sector, server cabinets, furniture, air conditioning systems and a lot more.
