VENTILATION GRILLES AND STONEGUARDS FOR TRUCKS
Every minute counts in the fast-paced logistics industry. A prerequisite for ensuring on-time and safe delivery of goods is the complete steadiness of the truck. The ventilation grille plays a particularly important role in this: on the one hand it protects the engine compartment from dirt and on the other hand it ensures the exchange of air which is essential for cooling the engine.
We have developed an innovative manufacturing concept for the production of formed ventilation grilles, specifically for trucks. At our largely automated facility, we produce components that meet the most demanding requirements in terms of air flow optimisation, protection of the engine compartment and corrosion resistance. This enables engine cooling efficiency to be optimised and, as a result, emissions to be reduced.
