That’s why here at Solvaro, we are particularly proud to have our efforts to create modern, progressive and friendly working conditions recognised for the second time in a row.

Every two years, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce awards the title of ‘reliable employer’. The evaluation includes the following categories: salaries, social benefits, health and working conditions, work organised in a family-friendly way, training and further education, and professional development for employees. The title is anything but easy to earn. Out of 884 members, only 18 companies were awarded it this year. Another feature of the title is that earning it requires continual work: being awarded it once does not mean it is kept forever. After two years, the evaluation is conducted again, and if the criteria are not fulfilled then the title will not be re-awarded.

As with much else in these unusual times, the awarding of the title was a little different this year than usual. Instead of a personal ceremony, the members of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce met digitally, and the title was awarded during this meeting.
